Shipping policy

Ready to Ship Items are items we currently have in stock. These items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days unless an announcement is currently set for "out of office". In such cases the customer will be notified via email that their order will be shipped 1-2 days after we have returned to the office. 

Custom/Personalized Items are made to order and will be shipped upon receipt from our office. Most orders containing custom items will be shipped within 10 business days. If an order will take more than 10 business days to ship the customer will be notified via email of the delay and expected shipping timeline. Custom items are non-refundable.
